• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or a healthcare environment.
• Preferred: Associate’s Degree; 1+ year in Patient Revenue; EPIC experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about products, services and procedures.
• Schedule return appointments and other appointments as assigned; support physicians and consumers.
• Coordinate requests and resolve routine and complex customer problems.
• Maintain accurate demographic and insurance information to support clinical and financial needs.
