Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gathers and enters patient demographic information into the hospital information system.
• Verifies benefits, obtains required authorization and collects payments.
• Provides first contact customer service and scheduling support.
• Performs accurate and thorough registrations and maintains regulatory compliance.
