• Flexibility to support multiple shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and front-end revenue cycle.
• Lead staff to achieve data integrity, customer service, and throughput goals.
• Support quality improvement and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Oversee front-end processes to reduce denials and improve accuracy.
• Maintain dashboards and monitor key quality and productivity indicators.
• Standardize workflows and participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
