Responsibilities

• Create Epic accounts from scheduling appointments and collect demographic and insurance information.
• Answer questions regarding patient's appointment or transfer to the appropriate scheduling department.
• Code Daily Worklist according to Worklist Coding Standards and ensure documentation is consistent.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards and report improvements to management.
