Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Marietta, GA is hiring a Patient Access Coordinator to be the first contact for patients. You will handle check-in/check-out, payments, and documentation, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and friendly clinic experience.

You’ll work with therapists and care teams to coordinate schedules, maintain compliance, and support operations across a nationwide practice. Growth, mentoring, and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1–2 years customer service or front office healthcare experience preferred.
• Must meet all compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out.
• Verify information and schedule follow-ups.
• Handle payments and explain financial responsibilities.
• Support clinic operations: phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR documentation.
• Deliver a positive patient experience and address concerns professionally.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and teams to coordinate care and resolve issues.
• Provide coverage for operations as needed.
