Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check-in/check-out, verify information, and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Handle payments, explain financial responsibilities, and maintain daily financial records.
• Support clinic operations by managing phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR documentation.
• Deliver a positive patient experience by addressing questions and concerns professionally.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation standards.
• Collaborate with therapists and internal teams to coordinate care and resolve access or scheduling issues.
• Provide coverage or assist with special projects as needed.
