Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or patient financial services experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and register them with accurate demographics in EHR.
• Verify insurance and determine patient financial responsibility.
• Provide financial counseling and discuss payment options.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, secure, and compliant.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
• Utilize multiple systems to streamline intake and record-keeping.
• Support cash handling and daily deposits as needed.
