Job summary

Texas ENT Specialists is seeking a tech-savvy Medical Scheduler to support our Otolaryngology practice by streamlining appointment scheduling and delivering excellent patient service.

You will assist with online scheduling, answer patient inquiries by phone and email, help with patient check-in and registration, and ensure accurate and up-to-date records using electronic medical records and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of related scheduling/administrative experience.
• Experience with electronic medical records and scheduling software.

As a Medical Scheduler you will be responsible for supporting our patients with the online appointment system answering patient inquiries and assisting with patient check in and registration.
