Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital is seeking a Patient Access Ops Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service and manage patient access workflows across multiple sites.

You will schedule staff, monitor performance, train and coach team members, and collaborate to meet patient satisfaction goals. Required: 4–7 years in healthcare or customer service, strong English communication, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of progressively responsible experience in a related health care or customer service setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Typing 40 wpm and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff and allocate resources across hours of operation to maximize patient access satisfaction and efficiency.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to staff and ensure access policies are followed.
• Coordinate staffing across multiple worksites and monitor key performance metrics.
