The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a medical office setting, with CPR preferred and relevant certifications (RMA/CMA/LPN) beneficial.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of medical office experience required.
• RMA, CMA or LPN certificates are beneficial.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct front office functions to ensure smooth patient access and efficient workflows.
• Oversee registration and scheduling processes, including co-pays and deductibles.
• Assist in hiring clerical and non-provider staff and coordinate with practice leadership.
• Maintain inventory and facilities readiness and handle patient complaints promptly.
