Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required with 1+ year of related experience.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Basic MS Word & MS Excel; customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and staff professionally and check patients into the system.
• Respond to calls, provide information, and improve scheduling workflows.
• Accurately schedule appointments and verify patient information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect patient liability.
• Provide estimates for services and process payments.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
