Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safety - Ensures patient safety by identifying the correct patient and preparing isolation precautions for patients with Infectious Disease indicators.
• Customer Service - Assists patients, families, staff and external agencies in registration, admission and scheduling; resolves requests per policies.
• HIPAA/Confidentiality - Maintains confidentiality of patient/family information at all times.
• Compliance - Completes documents and questionnaires to ensure regulatory compliance (JCAHO, CMS, ODH).
• Revenue Cycle Support - Supports data entry and system accuracy; communicates system issues to management.
