This role serves as the first point of contact for families referred to our virtual, school-based program, guiding them through consent, registration, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in a hospital or medical business office setting preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtains demographic, insurance and financial information from patient or guarantor.
• Reviews referrals and makes initial contact with families seeking services.
• Schedules patient appointments and enters required information into the system.
• Explains forms to patient/guarantor and obtains signatures.
• Verifies eligibility and posts payments in the system.
