Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of related experience, preferably in medical or financial services/customer service.
• Experience operating a PC and using software applications.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and preregisters, validates demographics, verifies benefits, and ensures accurate billing data.
• Verifies insurance information via calls, online resources, or verification systems and handles authorizations.
• Identifies patient financial responsibilities, estimates costs, and processes collections in the ADT system.
• Delivers a positive patient experience and maintains relationships with patients, AHN staff, and external contacts.
• Supports productivity goals and adheres to AHN policies and mandatory trainings.
