Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 2 years of experience in a medical setting with inpatient or outpatient admitting, insurance, financial counseling and medical terminology.
• Patient Registration, financial counseling and medical terminology experiences

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and family to obtain required demographic and financial data.
• Complete consents, escort/direct patients and collect valuables and deposits.
• Initial contact for any patients/visitors with billing, insurance or collection questions/concerns.
