Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Two years in a medical setting with inpatient/outpatient admitting.
• Experience in patient registration, financial counseling, and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and family to collect demographic and financial data.
• Complete consents and direct patients as needed.
• Escort patients and collect valuables and deposits.
• Serve as initial contact for billing, insurance, or collections questions.
