Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-registration and registration promptly.
• Collect co-payments and payments due per policies.
• Activate accounts and disseminate records per procedures.
• Greet guests and answer inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
• Process standard documents and format office records accurately.
• Operate telephone console and route calls with proper etiquette.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate insurance coverage with patients.
