• Evaluate workflows and performance to ensure compliance and bed utilization.
• Maintain high service standards across department functions.
• Drive continuous improvement with senior leadership and system teams.
• Manage departmental budget and identify optimization opportunities.
• Provide HR leadership including coaching and staff development.
• Represent Patient Access in meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
