Job summary

Alomere Health in Alexandria, MN, seeks a Patient Access Supervisor to lead the Centralized Call Center and registration teams. You will recruit, train, schedule staff, and ensure timely patient access services while maintaining high-quality customer service.

This role requires Epic training credentials, strong leadership, and experience with a cloud-based phone system. The position includes benefits and a full-time schedule with on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Associate’s degree in medical administration.
• Experience in supervision and customer service.
• Epic trainer credential or willingness to obtain within 1 year.
• Experience with a cloud-based phone system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new department employees.
• Manage payroll processes, timekeeping, and overtime.
• Coordinate staffing schedules with the Scheduler for full coverage.
• Review and approve time-off requests to maintain staffing levels.
• Provide daily leadership and coaching to Patient Access staff and Call Center.
• Lead projects from inception to implementation with stakeholders.
