Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ health care experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience with insurance registration standards, benefits, coverage, and pre-authorization/referral procedures.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Patient Access Supervisor provides leadership, support, direction, and focus for the Patient Access Services staff.
• The supervisor supports the Manager of Patient Access with daily operations, staff scheduling, workflow and performance and compliance oversight.
• Monitors daily activities to ensure successful outcomes of all patient encounters and measures productivity and compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
