• Experience in hospital or clinic registration or billing.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support to staff; monitor quality and workflow.
• Offer leadership and coaching; conduct monthly trainings and keep competency records.
• Ensure staff are trained on EHR, e-mail, Passport Insurance verification, phone system, downtime, and collection processes.
• Train and retrain staff on regulatory changes; document training and attendance.
• Schedule and assign work; ensure efficient department operations and report findings.
• Communicate with management to expedite admission processes and ensure high quality patient service.
• Maintain patient access processes and act as an advocate for customers when needed.
