Responsibilities

• Greet patients and register at date of service per Conifer standards.
• Provide patient financial counseling and assist with cash handling and referrals.
• Verify insurance, benefits, eligibility, and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Lead shift Patient Access Operations and support process improvements.
