Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved LPN program is required.
• Active PA LPN license is required.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience is required.
• EMR documentation proficiency and compliance with OSHA/CLIA/PA DOH/HIPAA standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical assessments and measure vital signs.
• Administer medications including oral, SQ, IM, and IV therapy under RN direction.
• Assist physicians with geriatric patient examinations and procedures.
• Educate patients and families on care instructions and wellness tips.
• Maintain accurate charting and ensure patient confidentiality.
