Qualifications

• Certified Healthcare Access Management (CHAM)
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 Year/ Associates Degree or 4 year/ Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred
• Ability to lead/direct others; analytical ability; MS Office knowledge
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, verification and hospital billing
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI in management of teams for process and tech improvements

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all registration duties with direct and indirect reporting employees.
• Provides training to staff and monitors daily productivity.
• Generates and reviews reports to track department performance (KPIs, wait times, overtime, productivity).
• Assigns and coordinates staff schedules, including rotation, time off, and call-offs.
• Manages upfront collection process tracking and monitoring; sets goals and coaches as needed.
• On-call rotation including days, nights, and weekends; may support staff during absences.
• Develops department processes; conducts audits and coaching for improvement.
• Acts as resource for staff and ancillary departments; promotes excellent customer service.
• Manages projects related to implementation, tracking, and process changes; reports to leadership.
• Participates in daily facility activities and attends meetings to ensure process alignment.
