TalentLNX LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Patient Access Program Manager to lead front end revenue cycle operations and ensure clean claims from first contact. This on-site role oversees registration accuracy, insurance verification, prior authorization, and point of service collections across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in patient access, prior supervisory experience, and a CHAM credential is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of patient access or front end revenue cycle experience.
• Experience supervising a patient access team.
• Experience with insurance verification, eligibility, and prior authorization requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead patient access operations across registration, insurance verification, prior authorization, and collections.
• Drive data accuracy to support clean claims and strong reimbursement.
• Oversee multi-site insurance verification and eligibility workflows and vendor tools.
• Monitor access metrics and analyze denial trends to drive improvements.
• Train staff on payer requirements, system workflows, and compliance standards.
