Job summary

You will schedule evaluations, answer calls with strong customer service, enter patient data into the system, assess medical necessity, and maintain confidentiality while working with the Clinic Operations Team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years admission/intake and healthcare/office experience.
• Strong customer service, knowledge of EHRs, and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Schedule evaluations, meetings, and consultations for patients.
• Answer incoming calls with strong customer service.
• Enter admission information into the system including insurance and demographics.
• Maintain patient charts and confidentiality; support care coordination as needed.
