Qualifications

• Must have a valid fingerprint clearance card or submit affidavit at hire; present card within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts, including demographic and insurance information and necessary paperwork for appointments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect monies owed; ensure AHCCCS verifications are processed for self-pay or unverifiable payers.
• Collaborate with management and staff to resolve issues that threaten billing and reimbursement.
