The ideal candidate has 2 years hospital admissions/collections experience, a high school diploma, strong data entry and communication skills, and comfort with MS4 and billing systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years of admissions and/or collections experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Must pass Level 2 Background Investigation.

Responsabilités

• Verify patient insurance benefits and coverage.
• Secure financial responsibilities including deposits and payment arrangements.
• Maintain patient accounting logs and report changes to Admissions/Business Office.
• Assist callers with program information and treatment options.
