Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Experience in patient access and revenue cycle is preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS, EMTALA, HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform Medicare compliance reviews and ABN processing.
• Verify patient eligibility and benefits; obtain pre-authorizations.
• Register patients and collect demographic/insurance info.
• Provide accurate customer service and document conversations with payers and patients.
