Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of Admissions, Billing, Collections, Insurance and/or Customer Service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent (or higher) required.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to collect demographic and financial data.
• Verify insurance coverage and initiate pre-certification when required.
• Collect payments and issue receipts; perform daily deposits.
• Prepare and distribute reports and patient documents.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain courteous, professional service.
