• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity and demographic data to ensure accurate records and timely claims.
• Preceptor to teach registration processes and patient balance collection.
• Ensure compliance with required documents per CMS, DHEC, and Joint Commission.
• Estimate patient responsibility and monitor daily collections to minimize bad debt.
• Coordinate team schedules and coverage, minimizing overtime.
• Stay informed on payor requirements to optimize cash flow.
