Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check in patients for appointments and verify demographics accurately.
• Explain financial obligations and collect fees at time of service as needed.
• Read insurance responses and apply appropriate insurance ranking.
• Schedule follow-up appointments including specialty or ancillary services when needed.
• Process multi-channel messages regarding appointments, referrals, prescriptions, and complaints.
• Maintain patient recall and reschedule lists and ensure timely resolution of accounts.
• Maintain productivity and quality performance while upholding confidentiality.
