AdventHealth seeks a part-time Patient Access/Financial Services professional in Shawnee Mission, KS. You will perform Medicare reviews, verify eligibility, and collect payments while coordinating with care teams to ensure smooth patient access. Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• CHAA/CRCR certifications preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare access/revenue cycle environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Medicare compliance reviews and calculate patient financial responsibility.
• Coordinate pre-authorization with utilization management and verify benefits.
• Register patients accurately and maintain patient records.
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle payments and payment plans.
