Job summary

Sante Health System is seeking a full-time Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join Central Valley Women's Health Associates (CVWHA) in Fresno, CA. The role handles phones, directs inquiries, greets patients, and schedules appointments while updating patient information.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, medical office experience, strong communication, and a friendly, customer-service oriented attitude. Epic and NextGen experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of medical office experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer and office procedures is expected.
• Pleasant attitude and ability to interact well with patients and staff.
• Epic and NextGen experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and callers in a congenial and professional manner.
• Screen and respond to routine requests for information.
• Direct callers to the appropriate person or place.
• Coordinate and reschedule patient appointments.
• Check patients in and update patient information.
• Assist with forms and data entry as needed.
• Maintain confidential records and balance daily tasks.
