Responsibilities

Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations for services.
Collect copay and patient portion based on benefits and contractual terms.
Perform financial assessments for program assistance where applicable.
Obtain signatures on necessary clinical and hospital documents.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and HIPAA requirements.
Assist with scheduling, check-in/out, phone calls, messaging and clerical tasks.
Provide scanning, filing, and general clerical support; monitor missing items queue.
