Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with hospital registration is a plus.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient billing processes preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information per HIPAA.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients, verify demographics and contact details.
• Identify insurance eligibility and pre-certification; explain costs.
• Collect co-pays/deductibles and provide financial counseling when needed.
• Utilize EHR and registration systems to document and verify information.
• Ensure accurate data entry and adherence to SOPs during system downtime.
