Job summary

Aspire Indiana Health is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to deliver a friendly first impression for patients and staff. You will manage patient flow from check-in to check-out and ensure records are complete for financial, clinical, and regulatory purposes.

Required: high school diploma; 1 year healthcare front office experience preferred; proficient with Google Suite; EHR experience preferred; ASL a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in healthcare, front office experience highly preferred.
• Must have intermediate computer skills with Google Suite.
• Previous insurance billing experience highly preferred.
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred.
• Ability to communicate in American Sign Language (ASL) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow from check-in to check-out.
• Ensure all information is complete and accurate to establish patient records for financial, clinical, and regulatory purposes.
