Northwell Health is seeking an Outreach Associate to support inpatient and outpatient access through registration, verification and scheduling tasks. You will proactively engage eligible patients, explain program benefits, and assist with enrollment into Health Management programs, building trust and ensuring accurate documentation.

You will conduct outbound outreach, respond to inquiries, and help patients navigate enrollment while meeting productivity targets and maintaining high-quality

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare outreach or patient engagement is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse populations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with registration, insurance verification, scheduling and billing duties.
• Engage eligible patients for Health Management programs through outreach.
• Explain program benefits and support enrollment and enrollment processes.
• Meet productivity and performance goals for outreach and enrollments.
• Document eligibility screening and engagement activities accurately.
