Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
• Associate Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records or CRM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-registration and registration duties; collect demographic/insurance data and enter into system; obtain signatures on forms.
• Verify patient insurance coverage with third-party carriers and obtain required authorization; document approvals/denials; collect payments; may perform billing/receivables.
• Conduct outbound outreach to engage patients eligible for Health Management programs.
• Explain program services, benefits, and expectations to patients and caregivers clearly.
• Build rapport and trust to encourage participation and sustained engagement.
• Schedule enrollment appointments or facilitate direct enrollment when appropriate.
• Address patient questions and provide support throughout the engagement process.
• Meet productivity and performance goals related to outreach, engagement, and enrollments.
