Qualifications

• Proficient with multiple healthcare software systems (Epic/OnBase).
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze patient accounts to maximize reimbursement and accuracy.
• Verify and document demographic and insurance information.
• Coordinate referrals with Financial Counselor for financial assistance.
• Handle inquiries from physicians, staff, and patients regarding policies.
• Prepare and file necessary documentation for revenue cycle processes.
