Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and maintain confidentiality.
• Answer phones and manage site emails during operating hours.
• Check in patients by verifying identity and insurance in Epic Documents.
• Obtain consent for treatment and financial agreements, and scan forms into Epic.
• Collect co-pays when applicable and post payments in Epic.
• Refer patients to Financial Counseling or Assistance as needed.
• Review and verify insurance information and scheduling details in Epic.
• Prepare charts and ensure proper documentation for visits.
