Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, collect demographics and insurance information.
• Manage admissions and discharges, schedule and coordinate appointments.
• Review billing edits and ensure accurate patient records.
• Process deposits and receipts, and maintain patient records securely.
• Coordinate referrals and communicate with providers to ensure care transitions.
• Adhere to NMHS policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain front desk organization and patient flow.
