Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient registration workflow to ensure accurate and timely cash flow.
• Coordinate referrals, precertifications, and pre-authorizations.
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays; train staff on front-end processes.
• Monitor KPIs for Patient Access and report findings to management.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and deliver excellent customer service to patients and families.
