Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends.
• Must possess full range of body motion to pass basic FIT test for position.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Collect data required for confirming scheduled outpatient appointments from patients and referring physician offices.
• Collect required patient demographic and financial information and create a complete registered account for scheduled visits.
• Perform medical necessity checks and verify insurance coverage and copays.
• Act as liaison between the ordering physician’s office and other departments within Iredell Health System.
