Job summary

Lee Health is seeking a Part Time Patient Access Representative at Bonita Health Center in Estero, FL. You will provide exceptional customer service at the front desk and assist with outpatient registration.

Responsibilities include identifying issues, performing time-of-service collections, maintaining queues, and supporting a patient-centered team. Prior experience in medical office settings is preferred. Evening hours and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ years of Customer Service required; 1+ years of Medical Office experience preferred.
• Must be organized, dependable, practical and driven.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional verbal and written customer service in a team-based environment.
• Handle patient interactions at outpatient registration, impacting revenue, visits and satisfaction.
• Identify issues as they occur and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
• Include time-of-service collections and maintaining department work queues.
