Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients in person and by phone with outstanding customer service.
• Register patients by collecting demographic, insurance, and visit information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and patient benefits before appointments.
• Pre-register patients and discuss insurance benefits and financial responsibilities.
• Calculate patient responsibility estimates and collect payments at point of service.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
• Use registration software to support office operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to patient access services.
• Complete ongoing education and training requirements.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
