Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Medical terminology knowledge is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and courteously.
• Assist patients with kiosk check-in and verify registration data.
• Contact physician offices to obtain patient orders when needed.
• Respond to patient and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Perform front office duties including filing, faxing, mailing, and data entry.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality throughout processes.
