• Navigates multiple systems (phone, EMR, computer-based workflows) while analyzing and addressing patient needs.
• Adheres to KPIs and quality assurance programs while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintains accurate patient information and supports departmental policies and procedures.
• Listens actively, deescalates when needed, and communicates clearly with patients and staff.
