Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains strictest confidentiality.
• Greets patients promptly and courteously.
• Checks-in patients and updates demographic and insurance information.
• Registers new patients and verifies addresses and insurance details.
• Answers calls, screens and routes messages; proficient with medical office technology.
• Maintains neat and orderly work and reception areas.
• Reports problems to Office Manager and assists in problem solving.
• Attends educational and staff meetings as scheduled.
• Inputs daily balance of charges and receipts per policy; follows OSHA regulations; supports clinic efficiency and teamwork.
