Job Purpose

Provide high-quality customer service to patients, employees, and referral sources by coordinating front office activities, managing patient information, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure excellent customer service for patients, staff, and referral sources.
  2. Maintain accurate patient files and ensure HIPAA compliance.
  3. Assist with patient follow-up and quality assurance.
  4. Enter patient demographics and insurance information.
  5. Manage multiple phone lines and record documentation clearly.
  6. File patient charts and coordinate scheduling of practitioners.
  7. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Less than one year of customer service or administrative experience.
  • Experience in medical front office preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Success Factors
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute with accuracy.
  • Ability to work with handicapped individuals.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and front office procedures preferred.
  • Proficiency with Windows software and office equipment.
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and respect at all times.
